Thanks for your knowledgeable responses. As per my experience we have to make process sheets of all the processes of HR as talent acquisition, learning and development, pms, joining and induction. Every year we have to take improvement measurements in all processes in terms of quality, cost, process improvement etc.... Kindly give your suggestions to get more knowledge of the topic.

Hi..
If i am wrong please correct me...
what sayalo posted is exactly right.. every company has it's own process notes( Procedures & Proceedings). When audit comes the auditor will go ahead with the process note. but in common ISO mostly focus on Training and development of employee Like when employee join the induction would be must and when new process or product comes in, induction program must be given to all. also documents and record maintenance hold a place in ISO.
