Dear All, Need your suggestion/ advice. I am a professional with 15 years of experience in Admin and HR. Since I lost my job early this year due to covid and still unemployed don't want to waste this time therefore planning to enhance my skills in the field of HR. Request you to advise which course should I pursue.
Also, advice is it good to get training from a freelancer who shall provide classes (practical knowledge) one on one along with his organization certificate or from well-known institute. I had completed my MBA (International Business and Human Resource) in 2014 via correspondence.
Thanks in advance.

Dear Shweta,
Though you have mentioned that you have worked 15 years in HR and Admin, you have not mentioned what exactly did you do in those 15 years. Why you are unable to encash on those 15 years?
Have you done the SWOT analysis of your career? If not then you may check the following link:

Scroll down and you will find further links. Go through and prepare a career plan.
Next is about your MBA. Whether the course is done through correspondence or a direct one, what matters is how much you remember what you have learnt. Therefore, you may refer to the books you had referred to for your MBA.
Thanks,
