Dear Vaibhav,
PF returns is also part of HR. Apart from that there are many functions of HR such as Statutory Returns, salary, training, house keeping etc. Search on reSearch menu on the topmost you will be definitely get answer. Dear Vaibhav,
Not only recruitment is a part of HR but also there are lot of functional areas:
1) Training
2) Employees Welfare
3) Employee Engagement
4) Statutory (PF/PT/ESIC/MSLWB etc.)
5) Salary and Wages.
6) Appraisal
PF returns, its monthly payment and record maintenance is also includes in the HR activities.
Most of the organisations hiring consultants for the same - depends upon the employee strengths.
