You can also go a step ahead any pick up a topics less untapped like employee engagement, talent management, employee cycle, learning and development.
In Public sector banks career planning for employees is less taken care of so you even thing about doing something in this domain.

You may feel these are two different topics but in reality when you go for the details, you will find the real reason behind both of these problems is the poor HR policies.
