Hello Senior,
I am facing some behavioral problems in my organization. Employees treats me a medium between management and employees. Which is true but if something go wrong they show their envy and reaction on me.
which sometimes hurts me.
I some time take it lite but it crosses the limit sometimes.
Basically most of the employees are elder to me and senior in this organization. they have direct communication with the CEO. they dont follow the rules and procedures, which is impacting on the next level. they even started braking rules and procedures. finally which creates an unhealthy environment at office.
Seniors plz suggest me how i balance the situation.
Sandhya.

Hi Sandhya,

See Human behavior, Attitude and instinct can not be Comprehend and accordingly their center nervous system work differently.

see in your case, you have been implicated between ID, EGO and Super EGO. these are the states comes in every human life, what people think when they trapped between ID, EGO and Super-EGO, for example you want to get something without pain, you think that the person whom you are talking is less knowledge then me and i have learned the strongest value which is part of my life.

Now you can understand that this is your personality problem and these above states create a question ask from yourself, Being a HR person how any one can comment on me?

see, your work condition surrounding with seniors and your work relation is more emotional than professional with your seniors and it is all up to you, how will get the best results from them.?

Following points you should take care.

1. Be good listener and calm

2. Avoid gossips

3. Be emotional but act professionally

4. Create a strong communication channel

5. Whenever you act, show your effectiveness but politely

6. Always Ask suggestion regarding your Company Policies and ask for implementation

7. whenever you r planning to implement New policies, Take Good Faith of your seniors.

Moreover if you engage your seniors in company policies for conducive environment they will gradually taking interest to follow the all guidelines, it will take time but will get good results.

Sorry For blaming you.

I strongly suggest you to do your job, deliver your responsibilities in TIME without giving room for any complaints from your immediate superior or boss.
If you find anything abnormal, kindly submit a detail formal/polite report seeking guidance from your boss, updating him the whole scenario as it one of your responsibility. This is the only way to explore your boss attitude/ability/capability and more.

hi sandhya,
senior employees need recognition and youngsters need friendlyness and equality. talk to them in their language. before you implement a rule personally discuss the rule to the person who is creating problem and taking his opininion bring out the rule. believe me they themselves will see to its perfection.
