Hello,
I am working as an HR/Administrator in a small IT company. I am graduated in BA from Delhi University. I had 2.5 year of experience in HR and Admin work.
Currently i am taking care of HR/ Admin and Marketing (i don't have very much knowledge) work. But my package is also very low b'coz it's a small company.
I don't have any degree in the same field. And what is correct time to change my job?
Please let me know is it mandatory to do any DEGREE COURSE ?

Regards
Shikha

HI Shikha
It is better do do PG course in HR or MBA in HR. As of now don't look for change. First you should learn and gain the knowledge and prepare yourself as you are competent with experienced persons.

Please try for a MBA degree in HR from a recognised Inst.Presently, there are several recognised Institutes, which are offering such degrees in our country.Since, now you are fully matured, except Maths. if any, other subjects ,you can easliy pick-up within a short -time.Moreover , you can take guidance from experienced teachers.Initially, everybody experiences difficulties in picking up the job but after sometimes he becomes an expert on the subjects. Moreover, we are their to help you.So, do n't worry and work with full confidence.

Dear Rekha,
As advised by other members of the Citehr, you should go for A professional Course in HR. You may do it through Correspondence Studies, as there are many Institutes running this facility for working class.
By pursuing your Coarse, you can get better in touch with your studies, and gains good experience. Believe You can Do It.
Best of Luck....

Stay with the present company and learn everything by putting hard work and smart work.
It will lift you the experienced one. Regarding Marketing work, please think what the company is actrually expecting from you? Discuss with the marketing people and define the job structure.
