Hai Seniors.,
Now a days starting a carrer in top MNC and IT companies as a HR Fresher is getting difficult. So is it advisable to start a career as HR Recruiter/HR consultant in counsultancy. Will this experience is considered and recognized in future? Please clear my doubt?

Hi Priya
I do agree that getting jobs in top MNC and in Top IT industries as HR. Tell me you are interested in which field. Are you looking your career as HR Generalist or Recruiter? If you are looking in Recruitment then you shall join with Recruitment Consultants. If you are looking for Core HR or HR generalist then Recruitment experience will not be considered.
I have one query. I donno the reason behind why the people even freshers are looking only into Top MNC's? Won't other organisations will help you to gain knowledge or they won't pay you the salaries? But the package may be less but you will get good learning exposure in smaller organisations compared to top MNC and bit IT organisations.

Dear Jeeva
Obsuletely correct, Now a days most of the Freshers wants to start his/her carrier in Mnc & It only. They are not think about small scale organisation, but the thing is in small scale sector we can learn a lot.

You can start your carrier in consultancy that is not a problem, but at the end what you learned that is what important.
