Thanks for providing me this opportunity where i can easily ask my query to the experts. This is my first time so i try my best to express my concern in complete detail. I am working in small scale company in IT industry, its a growing company. Actually i have to do the hiring in different profiles but my concern is we want to go for good hiring source where we can find the good candidate but with minimum cost to the company.

As per my knowledge i have 3 options either i go with social and professional website or purchase the database package or pay to the consultant for the hiring.

Among these consultant charges are very high and job portals\'s data not providing me the accurate candidate and last is posting the JD on different website here is one issue that people applied in very limited quantity.

So as a whole i want to share that am in very confusing situation where am not able to understand which way is more good for our growing company where budget is very limited.

Dear Shalini,
The best solution is to create your database of Institutes and go for Campus Recruitment.
There several Institutes complain that their placements are not done.
You will have very good choice and moreover you can also take assistance of the faculties of the Institutes /colleges, to seek feedback of the shortlisted candidates regarding the behavior, and strengths an weaknesses.
Wish you every success.
Thanks,

Dear Ms. Shalini You need all - Portals, Consultancies and Networking sites. Divide your recruitment budget accordingly. May be 50% for portals, 30% for consultancies and 20% of online and print Ads

According to me social media is also very good option when it comes to hiring. For IT firms there are lots of forums available, once you start uploading your jobs you will start getting responses on the same.
