Hi rekha,
You can learn SAP HR that would be useful if you are going on software filed.
SAP HR wont come under Administration. But chances are bit less for freshers as well as for end users.
* If you want a job immediately you can go to HR administration field or Recruitment or payroll etc. Where you have pleanty of opportunities and they will hire fresheres at the same time in very few companies will be using SAP HR as Backend at that time this SAP HR would be useful.

It’s useless to pursue this course from any small institute...One should only go for Siemens.... Otherwise it’s a waste of money.... Regards Manisha

Hi Rekha, Ya Manisha is right. If you plan for SAP HCM thn do it in an authourised SAP Education Partner and do certification too. Don’t waste your money by doin in ordinary institutions.

hi rekha,
my suggestion is that you get a few years of experience (minimum 3) before you go in for the certification. the SAP course is very expensive and pursuing it before getting enough hands-on exposure would be an utter waste of money. i would recommend you try Genovate, if that exists in your city.
regards,
adeeth.
