Dear All.
Greating of the day.............
I am working in an autopart manufacturers company as a dispatch associate. My colleague has misuse of transportation & manpower. I have many times suggested to our colleague to stop this practice, but he can’t stop. My group leader has also with my colleague.
Kindly convey me what can do in this matter.

Greetings,

How far would your delivery get affected for the misuse of the company property? We understand , its unethical. However, for you to take it ahead , you need to stay clear of the agenda:
  • Please find out the policy for transportation
  • This should give you an idea about the do's and don'ts, with a view to whom should you escalate, if there are any non-adherence.
  • You have already mentioned that your boss is supporting the colleague. Please watch out. This can be a slippery slope. You cant escalate to the higher authority, if everyone lacks integrity.
  • Streamline how far is you work or the cost to your role, would get affected if such misplacement keeps happening.
  • Maintain a journal of the company property use for your self and share it with the senior who might value them. In case you fail to spot any such souls, keep the journal to yourself, with exact data of what have been issued to whom , who used it and when.
  • Review the stocks if your are responsible for it and prepare report on that. Clearer documentation will lessen every hassle for you.

Hope this helps! Looking forward to hear more from you
