Dear Sir,
We are restructuring salary structure i.e. fixed + variable = CTC, we have taken 8% for jr. and 10-15% for others, mine is very small IT firm, we had discussed with 1-2 employees and found that the in-hand salary is less inspite of increasing total CTC, and they are not happy, what should be do,
regards

The employee who got the increment would have been on the verge of change IT slab or any other likewise situation or there may be a salary structural difference.
From the point of company, the company has given rise but in place of increment, the take home is getting reduced which would obviously de-motivate the employee..
These cases should be separately dealt by the company incase it comes across taking into the motivational factor in place.
