Hi All. Hope You all are doing well. I am facing an issue in calculating CTC structure from the nth amount. I am a fresher, many times interviewer ask the question. Some examples are given below. Prepare CTC breakup for 25000 nth?. Please help me with this.

Hi,

CTC is a Cost to Company and it vary from company to company. In general salary + all employees benefits included in CTC for example Gross salary+ Employer EPF contribution+ Employer ESIC contribution+ Bonus+ Incentives+ Gratuity+ Mobile reimbursements+ Annual Leaves etc.
