I was into pre recruitments ealirer and now involved in both post and pre recruitmants.
According to my knowledge, Offer letter is the one which carries your company information policies...
there are sevearl things and it depends on companies as well.
3 things are main in Offer.
Annexure -A
Dispalys the name and address of the candidate
CTC in words & figures
DOJ - Date of joining
DOF - Date of Offer
Authorized Signatory
Annexure - B
Breakup on the CTC components like Basic, HRA, LTA and so on.
Annexure - C
Dictates the rules and regulation or policies.
Duties, Probation Period, Review of work, Expenses, PF, Leave, Confidentiality, Retirement & so on.
