Hi, Can anybody share the components of their CTC? I need this as we are in the process of revamping our take-home salary as there is a deduction of EPF on a basic salary which includes - Basic Salary, Special allowance.
This is impacting our mid to top-level executives who besides getting the salary deduction towards EPF are not getting any tax benefit.
I have proposed to add certain components but am not sure if they will pass the scrutiny of EPF officials. Please help.

Employees with higher salary may request the establishment to freeze their EPF deduction to 15000/- this would help to increase their take home salary,

EPF decution freezing at 15000/- does not have any direct connection with new wages code
