Dear Friends,

Our team Mr. Raghu,Mr. Dipil and Mr.Yash Vyas has already given very nice and valuable suggestions to make the fire day celebration more productive.

Let me share my experience about the Safety Week (04-03-13 to 10-03-13),.......................

About ten days before the beginning we displayed on the notice boards in the premises about the celebrations. We requested all the employees to give their Safety suggestions/Slogans/posters or best ideas to make the environment accident free. We also announced the prizes with cash prize and momentous.

On the opening ceremony, we called govt officials from Fire deptt,Civil defence deptt and doctors. They addressed our employees about the safety and gave practical demonstrations. For all the gathering, we arranged refreshment with cold drinks and tea.

Again we motivated the employees to come forward with their safety posters/ slogans and safety suggestions. Up to 08-03-13 we received about 50 Safety posters 100 suggestions etc...............We constitute a committee of our 05 seniors. They selected the best 03 prizes, 10 consolation prizes. they were awarded Rs. 2100/- each ( 03 prizes ) with different trophies. For 10 consolation we award them with cash prize of Rs. 1100/-each with trophies.

The best posters, we laminated and displayed on the prominent places of the factory.

All the winners were given away the prizes on the closing ceremony, we held on 11-03-13. Again all the gathering were given refreshment.

This all has created the desire and motivation among our employees. We also displayed the photographs of all the winners..............again motivating our all employees to come forward for such events.............................
