Just find the attached circular from <link no longer exists - removed> which is self explanatory... Hope few members from the forum will take the benefict of this post to conduct this safety poster competition as an event in your organization this year National Safety Day Celebrations....
What we did is, send this circular to all our employees along with an offering of internal prizes to the participants...
Let's join hands together in spreading the awareness towards safety in all the field of life...

59 people has been downloaded the earlier posted circular... But how many thought of participating into the competition... how many thought of send it to concerns... None... If out of which even 10 people thought of particiapting, this event could have become more successful...
As part of this mega competition isplonline.com receives only 27 entries... It's my pleasure and proud to inform you that all the entries are from our employees kids... Those entries I am attaching here as pdf file... This we created for internal online evaluation of safety posters...
Now i request all forum members who intersted to motivate the childs go through the below link and comment against the posters you like:

If anyone promoting safety, just do the possible help from ourside also... Don't be a NATO when comes to safety... No Action, Talk Only (NATO)...

My suggestion on this case draft a company policy its the best way to push your employees to wear helmet through company policy.
Before sending a circular to your employees please draft a policy for wearing helmet is mandatory while driving 2 wheeler (Its suppose to be only inside the company) your policy must highlight the local regulation which is states Helmet is mandatory. We can advice our employees to use helmet outside the company premises as well but if they filed to follow its up to them.
In this case what i'll do if i'm in your place '' I will invite all the Peoples/Employees to week end party they should attend the party with his family (Married means suppose to attend the party with his wife/ Unmarried means suppose to attend the party with his parents highly suggest his MOM). Then start the party with saying thanks to all the employess for his support bala blaa... And announce the new policy regarding HELMET, explain the reason briefly (if you using PPT it will added the value) and request to h Wife/Parents that they always need to remind her/his son/daughter/wife/husband to using helmet while leaving from home. so they can start beating in home its the best way to implement those things in daily life.
Note: It will depends of the ### nos of employees you have on your company.
