You can even ask every male employee to say an inspired line on women. And then best one will get the gift.
Also, you can play a game in which you have to put questions on paper chits on mother teresa, indira gandhi and more who got the awards for the activities done by them for their country.and give choclates to the employees for the correct answers.

I have some suggesstions. You can have the following activities
1. Ethnic wear on Women day March 8 - the best outfit can be awarded with some atractive gifts
2. Based on the budget, plan for some good gift vouchers for the women folks
3. Have some fun games by women such as instant cooking, rangoli competition , quiz program etc
4. Stalls for the women folks , the stalls can be from the women group who are going their own small scale business in clothing , accessories etc women can help women grow

Hi,
First of all, you welcome each and every women with a beautiful flower (rose) once they enter the company and also arrange for some surprises like cake gifts like chocolates, accessories etc. a small speech or poems dedicating to all women. You can also arrange showing a short movie or something in the company,with some refreshments.

Do a blood donation campaign
conduct a debate on " The contribution of women in various areas eg Home , Society , Politics, Medical, Education etc...
conduct a competition for men in poster making on the topic " Women and Freedom " or Women and society

Friends, this year Women's Day (8th March) is a Holiday due to HOLI. Which other day would be most suitable for celebrating Women's Day in the office. Can we celebrate on 6th March because 7th & 8th are Holidays.....?
