Hey
There are many openings in the current scenario. First identify which gamut of HR you want to pursue. Then identify bunch of industries which is in par with your interest.
Directly try to get in touch with the HR and check whether they do any opening. That’s the better way to get a job based on ur likings.
If not and you want any role to start your career. Here you need to get in touch with ur senior and thru known sources where 90% of possibilities are there for you to step in to the field.
Third option is thru portals. Update ur profile on a regular basis so that recruiters will find ur profile on top.
Final one is thru consultants. I don think all consultant will help u to get a place. Instead of sending to random consultants, try to send ur profile to leading consultant.
Getting a job is not an easy one. Try hard till u will succeed and don give up.
Hope this will be useful to u.
All the best for ur future endeavors.
