Hi Mengann22,
As per my view only, HR services varies depending on the requirements of companies. But generally there are some major categories that you can provide to customers:
1. Talent Acquisition (TA) - as per my opinion this belongs to recruitment umbrella but with more in depth requirements. Basic recruitment is normally you just need to fill a position but in TA there are standard requirements based on who the company really needs to hire (education, experience, skills). If you are going to hire in a manufacturing unit, this can be separated into 2 recruitments: for corporate office and for workers. Some companies require a 3rd party to do the hiring for them (talent/recriutment agency/firm). Salary varies for corporate and workers, as workers normally govern the country local laws.
2. Training & Development - a training as per the company's improvement requirement to their employees. It can be in technical knowledge or motivational. Example, a company requires technical 'MS-excel' training to their employees or probably motivational training like 'office etiquette'.
3. Performance Appraisal - most of companies have these policies and in order to assess employees performance there are parameters to follow. This varies from company to company requirement. You may research on what types of performance appraisal there is available in the market.
4. Compensation & Benefit - we may also call this as the Payroll/Salary services. As the term itself it's self-explanatory. But these services may require software solutions for attendance logs and generate salaries and pay slips.
5. HRIS (Human Resource Information System) - this is like a database wherein all employee data records are stored.
There are more services but above are as far as I know. I am not that expert in HR and still learning. Cheers!
