Hi Isha,
Though I don't want to suppress your motivation & enthusiasm at this point of your career, but as your senior I think we should guide our juniors to chose the right path.
doing any diploma in Labour laws or any such course won't be of much help in finding a corporate HR job.
The look for the same experience not the various diploma's or the degrees.
This is a harsh reality.
Keep your updated with all the latest happening in HR as a corporate function,be part of more HR dicussion forums,HR online communities to get exposure to the challenges faced by the HR professionals across the country.
Wait for your time to come & you will get the desired opportunity.

These courses are certainly of use but provided you have got some practical experience too in the HR function.
Adding onto to your degrees or diploma's number won't fetch you any worth result.
There is no substitute for practical experience.
I would suggect not to waste your money in such diplomas without any real exposure to the function.
Are you well versed with all HR theories,Concepts etc.Do read more stuff in subjects like OD,OB,International HRM,HRA ,Indian Labour laws.
If not kindly update yourself with all in HR .

Hi,
Having read and understood your dilemma and considering the basic fact that u have experience in HR it is advisable that you do some relevant courses in the same field..
The most relevant programmes are 11 and 2...unless you have some special interest in the other subjects and you want them as additional qulaification.. However from you professional growth and help perspective 11 looks the most desired.

Hi Isra,
If you are very serious about your HR career, going for distance HR education will not be a good foundation. I would suggest you to find a list of reputed B-School who teaches Human Resources, choose convenient one and enroll yourself for a full time course, if not possible, at least go for part time courses, where the structure of the course will be similar to the full time and only teaching happens in the evening or weekends, but not the distance education.
