Hi,
Please find attached an excellent article on Induction, Orientation & Integration.
I believe it should be a integration program than a induction or orientation program.
You comments & suggestions are very welcome.

Hi everyone,
If you design and a process to include the activities (from the when an employee is selected) such as: administrative and logistical preparation before an employee join,
filling all the necessary forms on the first day of joining,
receiving all the necessary documents from the newly joined employee
giving all the necessary documents like policies and so on
a tour aroudn the offices and introducing the colleague to them
arranging some meetings with relevant staffs like (security, finance, logistic, overall overview of organization and etc on different dates but could be during first or second week after joining
My questions is that how will you call these processes either (induction, or preparation and induction, or what)
and what do you think are they logical steps to be taken by HR Department
Thanks
