In specific to garment industry is depends on two. One is by the company policy and second is based on the customers requirement.The following are the areas to be covered in order equip your training module effective.
1. Working hours
2. Salary, OT & statutory (applicable) calculations
3. Various committees
4. Fire drill/evacuation
5. First Aid
6. Use of PPE
7. Suggestion box
8. Fire fighting
Apart from the above, do train your employees on the following clauses which is covered in COC's of any Customers
1. Child labour
2. Forced labour
3. Wages and benefits
4. Harrassment or abuse
5. Freedom of association
6. Non discrimination
7. Health & safety
