Is this induction for ur department or for the entire organization.
It it is for the Entire Organization
1. Company- Mission and vission.
2. HIstory.
3. Organogram.
4. Departments.
5. HR policies
6. THen every department talks about their departmental mission and vision
7. The role they play and the compliance they adhere to.
This is a sequence i could think of now. U am y get others giving u ideas.

And am looking for another word for code of conduct.

But i need some help from you all. i would like to know how compensation policy can be formed. if possible can anyone send me the document of compensation policy to which i can refer. i would be hihgly obliged for the help.
