Dear Rohit,
your contribution not only shows ur intention of helping & developing others but also the ways n means that a training program shud be looked at. Its such a robust mechanism, shud be supported by system driven policies of the company. Appreciate urefforts in gathering them and i wish ur company shud utilise ur skills n talent, as it is.

Hello Rohit,
Thanks for posting for such informative stuff. In India, training is not taken so seriously but glad to see your effort and appreciate it. This has also motivated me to organize lot of HR stuff which i have with me but did not use much.
Thanks for the inspiration !

Since when anybody nominate for Training he / she ask about Menu rather than Content of Training.... psychology of Indian people.
But still we want to change the mindset through Training,

Thanks for the usefull material.
But still, I needed a Likert type Questionnaire for evaluation of human resources knowledge and skills after Training. How Training added value in Human Resources etc.
Thanks again for the useful material.
