Hi Everyone,
Please Find Attached 62 forms, templates and guidelines for Training and Development personnel. I have tried to source as much data as possible right from Identification of Training needs to Design, Delivery and Evaluation.
Everyone's feedback would be highly appreciated. The learning process should never stop.
Cheers,

This is realy good form collection. I have one query i.e. is it possible to adopt all the format at a time in one organisation. Most of them or better than this are using in the organisation but not in lot of quantity.
thanks

Hi Bharat,
I agree with you. A lot of processes within the Training and Development function are not streamlined properly due to lack of knowledge. I am sure these forms, formats and guidelines will definitely help millions in streamlining their processes.
