Attendance allowance 3000
Performace Base incentive 4000
I got the total of Approx 21600 monthy and annually 247200.
I dont want to include pf and tds deduction.
Please help me make the correct salary breakup.

Hello,
I need to submit a Salary Slip annual & monthly separately. The CTC is 13 lacs. The months are Dec 2015, Jan 2016, Feb 2016, based on a job in Delhi. Can you please give me calculated simplified version of it. I used to get the salary in cash, bi-monthly.
