Hi friends, I am used to work for a client software company as recruiter my payroll company other location.
My payroll company ended the contract of one year with my client .
During the ending contract my payroll offered me two options of job offer
1.my payroll head informed me to work with them in one of the other client in Bangalore they are in the process of signing contract with new client .
2.my present client they liked my work so wanted to hire me on their payroll for the next 6months because company is undergoing new management changes are happening so they can't hire me permanently so initially want to hire 6months later based on changes they want hire permanently.
So I told to my payroll head I will continue with the client.
I put the resignation to my payroll company they accepted it.in the hope my client they will send me offer letter they told your job is fixed you don't worry.
I already resigned now I am working with client past few weeks I am still waiting for my contract offerletter .
Now the client they are saying this is the first time they are hiring contract basis they don't no any legal formalities to carryout about contract employment so they are in touch with the legal advisor regarding contract agreement letter.
I got a soft copy of contract agreement letter and they mentioned remuneration .
My concern is that I just don't understand so much of agreement all the things
I asked my client company to give me as usual how the all company will release offer letter and monthly payslip and reliving letter. I asked them in that format.
They are telling as of now they don't have position open now on contract basis they are taking me
They told they can't give offer letter and payslip
Instead of payslip
They asked me to give bill for my recruitment service and for the they will give me the invoice in the form of check or money transfer to my account.
As they are telling I will not having PF only TDS deduction they are going to do so.
They can't give payslip
My main concern is that is outside market other company will accept:
Contract agreement letter as offer letter
Without payslip they can invoice
They told they will give reliving letter
Kindly help me guys I am in full confusion now don't no what to do
