Hi,
I need a help from Seniors to create a salary format for an employee who newly joins an Company in which the below headings are mandatory.
BASIC,HRA,CONVEYANCE- TOTAL GROSS
PF - Emplyr & Emplee share
ESI - If applicable according to their Salary Criteria
Bonus - Yrly payable on Gross * 8.33%
Gratuity - (On Basic/12)/26*15
CTC and lastly Net Payable
With all this columns I require an salary structure in order to fix an salary to an newly joined employee.For Eg If my Reporting Manager tell me to prepare a salary format for an employee where his CTC is 20k and ask me what will be his T.Home than I need to derive his amt with all this mentioned above columns.
Can anyone please help me out to create an format.

Please find the attached CTC structure file, hope can be help you to prepare the CTC along with said salary contents.
File is opened with formula editor to get the formula used in specific field.
