Can you please send the TDS Calculations and the other details to my mail ID also. I will be grateful to you of sending this.
Also need that in my company , there is only 10% Tds deduction from salary, and no other salary breakup, How we can make the salary breakup and also at the time return filing what we have to do.
I also need the tax calculation formula or process.

tds on salary is depend on total annual salary if salaried person goes on I.T. limit which was current year 2011-12 is Rs.180000. if salaried person salary is above 180000 then is applicable for tds.

Dear All,
I need your help in making salary structure in our company according to the skills and exp and.We are a small offshore software company.
Present scenario is we give person hike on his current salary say -15- 25 %. But because of this there has been major disparity between salaries of employees.
Now we want to make some salary structure.
SO kindly help by giving some salary structure in other IT companies of same level.
We are facing problems like:
What will the standard structure for the employees of 1 yr with company. if we hired them as a trainee on stipend of 8k.
We have the skills of PHP,.net,c and vb.etc, for this what will be the standard salary.
Also in appraisal we have he policy of half yearly appraisal policy and the range is 10 to 30%.
Normalyy I need the standard salary structure to be implementable to avoid attrition.
