Dear Member,
This forum provide solutions where the other members find difficulty.
You are asking for a ready made solution in single shot.
Let me clear, every establishment have different measures for drafting the Salary Structure (even for same salary there could be a big difference). Though the HRA, PF & ESIC are more or less same for all, but TDS and Allowance could be different. PT is not applicable in all States.
Moreover, you have not mentioned for how many employees you need the structure. That is all the more important.
As per my opinion the excel sheet can be helpful for employees less than 100.
If so first of all you should find some structures in the Forum or thru Google. Apply your skills and knowledge area. Wherever you find any difficulty than ask others opinion.
It is also advisable to provide more detail of your company (Designations of Down to Top, management approach whether it is Tax Friendly or Compliance Preference, In House Salary or through Payroll Services).
Hope you will not mind my comments and take it as suggestion. Believe me in long run these could be very useful.

are not feeling to share than whats the point of writing this thesis. Everyone does here I myself provided some of the working sheets. But you don't dare to say "You are asking for a ready made solution in single shot. Apply your skills and knowledge area." I have better knowledge than you about it I just wanted to keep all those asked things in a single sheet.
And thank you for your advice. Let other reply. If you dont feeling to share or send then don't participate. Why should I give my company information to you, are you willing to apply for a job here?
