Our organization is running from many years. But let me clear the concept of probation period and under what act it governs for the company less then 100 employees.

An employee is not eligible for SL,CL or PL during his probation period.
The same is applicable from the date of confirmation.
The bonus how ever even the probationer would be elligble for; on prorata basis.
