the following cost action hr can take
1) Revisit your policies and if any policy which seems extraordinary welfare measure,
such can be curtailed.
2) Overtime beyond certain hours can be cut off. Becos many times, we ignore one
sided.
3) Strictly make the performance based systems in place and it s a opportunity where those people comes under light.
4) If you have branches, pl identify areas where people can be taken out and transferred where employee require. Becos this is the ideal situation in which one can not refuse.

Mr. Ravi,
Its really unfortunate to have people like you who always demotivates the surrounding and discuss unrelated issues. This is a community where we are expected to maintain the decorum of the forum and respect each other. Especially, area like "Talk to Seniors" is been designed to seek and give advice and knowldege to fellow members and we need to respect them as our seniors.
STOP talking about other's behaviour and try to correct your approach and comment decently 1st.
Its very surprising that moderators do not comment on these kind of approaches.
