for attiration u culd include the attiration rte on quaterly basis.
also culd include woment attiration.
For recruitment u culd have.
- No of days to comlete a recruitment cycle.
-- Cost of recruitment.
-- no. of replacment ..
for T& D
-- no. of training programs
-- no of targeted employees participation.
--effectivness of the program.
--cost & RESULT factor.
for PMS
-- No. of KRA set before a given dead line..
-- no. of people completing their appraisal before deadlines.
-- UNIT wise ranking of the employees who had 1stly completed the appraisl prosess.
