Hello, I am working with one of the textile companies in Surat. We are having in all 200 to 300 employees, majorly divided ratio of 60% helpers and labors, 30% Mid level of computer operator level and remaining 10% senior staff. We are planning a one-day picnic in and around Surat only for our staff. What activities can we club with this picnic? Please share your opinion.

Dear Colleague,
It is better to decide internally by consulting select small group from the participants to understand " what they expect" Then cross check the same with a larger group and then implement. If external ideas are implemented the purpose will not be achieved.
