I have got a TCS offer letter via a third party as a contract job. As it was immediate joining I said I am available to join immediately but the case is I am serving a notice period of 2 months in my company. I showed my previous experiences and said my full and final settlement is pending with the current org but I have resigned and served notice period and immediately available (which is I am serving notice period).
