I was given an offer letter and had accepted and signed and joined the organization, the offer letter clearly stated that probation was for 6 months and confirmation post that based on performance. but immediately after the first month the owner casually over a cup of coffee says that it is not going to work and that my cost was too high, I was totally shattered, they got all their ground work done by me and came up with this lame excuse lapped up with a lot of apologies stating that they could not keep up their promise and there was absolutely no mistake on my part and paid my first month salary after a delay of 3 days. Post this after a couple of days she called back and said that there was another project and she was waiting for confirmation and asked me to do it, I categorically told her that i had burnt my fingers once and was circumspect, she again apologised and asked me to forgive her. our discussion went on for a couple of weeks and since the project was not getting finalised, I told her that I am not interested to continue I have asked her for an experience letter with a clear cut reason for separation. which I have not yet received, can I sue her.

There is no law warranting the employer to issue an experience letter, for argument sake even if it is issued it could be certifying you of something which you may not feel happy about. So getting an experience certificate as per your wish is a miracle.

Dear ANNONYMOUS friend,
Your tenure of employment is of one month only. Forget everything. Don't even quote this experience anywhere and move on as advised by our friend Nathrao.
Such type of bad patch do come in everyone's life. One has to overcome on it. Be positive. All the best.
