My claim form was received by Epfo, Delhi on 16th March, 2018. After 2 months when I checked the status I found it as 'Rejected', with the reason stating "Wrong written individual no. by member". I verified it with my employer and they asked me to fill up form 19 n then 10c online.
I didn't receive any letter or correspondence from Epfo as of yet. My question is since I have submitted hard copies of the claim form initially, will Epfo acknowledge my online resubmission of form 19 n 10C? Does the reason of rejection really need the resubmission of the two said forms? Or do I need to correct something else? I am at a loss. Please help.

Hello there,
if the details given by your employer to EPFO is accurate the chances of rejection is less, because now every data is linked with aadhar card even for with drawn also, and i guess some of the given information is wrong according to PF records; check your status in online in portal again after submission, if the error still continue, ask your employer to share the details of submission and data.
name, DOB, registered mobile number, aadhar card, pan card, employer code, service history are mandatory and to be accurate with PF records.
