Gavin
Hi, I was employed from 10th Jan 2013 till 3rd June 2022 in two different companies and it has been a continuous employment. So it is technically 9 year and 5 months of employment and I am am unemployed for more than 60 days now. Just wanted to confirm if i can claim my full pension amount and if 9.5 months will be rounded up to 9 years or 10 years of service?

Hi,

Pension amount cannot be withdrawn after 10 years of continuous and can be claimed as monthly pension once attain 58 years or can receive reduced pension once reach 50 years. In your case the total service is 9.5 years and hence pension can be withdrawn through UAN login.

I did apply for pension but it got rejected with the below reason even though i was just employed for 9.5 months.

Your Claim [ Claim Id - XXXX ] has been rejected due to :
1) YOU ARE REQUESTED TO SUBMITT FORM NO 19 2) NOT ELIGIBLE FOR WITHDRAWAL BENEFIT.

Please advise

Regards,
Gavin

Hi, Now physical claim form not accepted at PF office especially at MH. Not sure whether you tried to withdraw only pension. You can claim both at a time through online.
