I found an Order copy of the Hon'ble Supreme Court on the PF issue while surfing the net.
I would like to share that with you. Hope it will be helpful to all for coping up with 'Elder-Brotherhood' affection of the PF authority!!
The order can be summarized below: -
1. The PF Authority cannot sought back dues without identifying the beneficiaries members under the PF scheme.
2. The process of identifying cannot be based on arbitrary grounds and should based on a formal inquiry.
3. The contribution sought by the PF Authority should go to the beneficiaries which were identified during the course of inquiry.
