I have to prepare a project for my HR subject. I am confused for which topic should i chose under HR.
I would be very glad if I can get some help with some reference. This project will just include giving a powerpoint presentation in front of the class.
The topic i was thing was "training and employee management" but i am confused what all can i included in it.

As you are in to commerce stream, why don’t you take up a topic around salary computation/payroll?

Already you got a knowledge in A/c but , if you do project in Training & Development ( T&D) or (OB) that should be help full for your exposure.
coming to payroll s totally depends on XL formulas only.

Project work is a part and parcel of the study. You don't worry about
the topic. You can take any topic and prepare the project work with
reference to the practice of work done with the assistance of seniors, prepare the report and submit the same.
No one will be perfect while learning/studying the subjects. The committee people, wile giving marks they will ask one or two questions about your project work submitted, they will award marks to one and all. So you need not worry about it.
