Hi,
I am working in the company which having 50 employees. Our salaries have been stopped since March 2013. The reason from company is due to delay from the client. Then they paid salary of March in June.
Now, from April to July salaries are stopped. The reason from the company is work is in the renewal process from the client. And given the date of future payment in mid September i.e. of April 2013.
What are the policies for payment from employer and what actions can employee take on this.
And is there employer should give compensation to employees in this type of delays. Are there any rules? To where we go and register a legal complaint, what is the process?

If your " Wages" are less than Rs. 10000 per month then you will come within Purview definition of " Employee " under Wages Act then you can file a complaints with Inspector under Wages Act......
