In my org' we have got a female trainee who has come to do a project.while she was collecting data a male employee,knocked here on her head for no reason.the girl cried out of pain.should we report it to our manager.what should we do.now the girl never speaks to that guy.he is so rude he beats all the gils in the org' but that guy has got 2 yrs experience in that org.will the manager take some action.please help.

It seems as if you are working in a company which is located at place, where there is no Law and order or democracy.
Otherwise why would all the females in the organization take a beating from this so called male employee of the organization.
Kindly try and post realistic issues.
But if this issue is true, then please do file a complain with local police station for criminal intimidation and assault.

No problem to that girl officially to do the project make sure that guy won make further illegal activities. once u complain to manager guy will get angry may lead to other illegal things be safe from our side if needed can file a case against that guy. First care the girl.

being an HR person, its your responsibility to stop him and if he doesn't listen to you, you HAVE to take this matter to Higher officials & give a Warning Letter.

He dont know how to behave with females then how he is suitable for job. He is unfit for job. so kinldy give a complaint to your manager and ask him to take severe action against him. what ever exp he had no use for your company, first discipline, dignity is must for male employee.
