A very good case study as how a common goal, self belief and shared vision can achieve wonders.
Shahrukh Khan's character –Kabir showing brilliant understanding of team working , group dynamics, handling conflict, leadership, motivation....and coaching.
¨ See flashes of a great leaders’ qualities

Kabir Khan made a "TEAM" out of different groups. This movie also teaches how a "change agent" shold bring change in person’s mindset.......
Yes. Definitely CHAK DE is a very good HR training module for leadership and team-work.
The conviction of the coach in his team and his single minded passion of achieving the goal by keeping the objective of the entire team above individual self is a key HR tool.
On the road to achieiving a goal, it is obvious that there are chances of the mind and energy of the team getting diverted from the actual goal. It is how the coach maintains his stand to get the best out of his team and how they rally around him to achieve the goal of the team that makes the difference.
We had shown this movie to our Office staff in our conference hall, and had a wonderful experience and fantastic response.
Now, we look forward to Taare Zameen Per, which is again about understanding an individual self and building self confidence and enhancing self esttem which is so important for a 100% contribution from each team member while pursuing a goal.
thanks
