Hi!
I wanted to know whether an employee can avail leaves during his notice period which he has to serve at the time of resignation.
Apart, what are the consequences when he does so during his notice period? Is it that his salary gets cut or his notice period gets prolonged? Kindly suggest.
Thanks

Dear Priya,
As per leave rules concerned it depends upon company policy, so you need to ckeck the leave policy of your organization. Normally, no organization allow leave during notice period. Secondly. We manage the leave taken by him either through Eearned leave balance or if not EL balance, then we deduct from the salary part.
