Hi Shwetha
There are many HR certification courses across India. If you can mention the location then according to the location you can choose the institutes.
What I feel is it is better to study & enhance the skills in this blog. You can dig through in depth if you show the interest to develop the skills. You shall even post the queries & get the experts responses with multiple openions

4.6 Certified Performance and Competence Developer

5. HR Generalist / HR Partner

5.1 Certified Performance and Competence Developer

5.2 Certified Compensation and Benefits Manager

5.3 Certified Recruitment Analyst

6. Compensation and Benefit Administration Specialist

For more details on this, you might check on Google as Carlton Advanced Management Institute, USA, is the one that actually authorizes these certifications through some franchisee arrangement in India. I'm aware of one such Unit in Hyderabad called the Middle Earth Consultancy. There could be more across the country.

Best wishes.

Dear Ms. Shwetha,
Am not promising, but am trying to get people to be involved and committed, so that we can create something that we can call our own, and have a certification "Made in India." We need to have a framework and we have to get it wetted by professionals that includes academicians, and experienced professionals to obtain recognition. It's the surface that we have begun to scratch. It's just begun, have a lot of ground to cover.

HI
There are institutes like
HR House
CHRPM
HRGlobal
& Grey Trip
Even I did HR course with HR House. If you already have done MBA in HR or having bit knowledge of HR then I don't feel any certification course is required.
