Hello Everyone, I hope everyone doing great. Actually, we have our own manpower business where we provide security, housekeeping, and other manpower-related services. We had an issue with payroll can anyone suggest to me the right format for the pay slip, we have a monthly audit with one of our clients. and every time he gives negative marking to pay slip format and give remark like; wages slip produced but not In format. I hope you got my issue and help me to out in this situation.

I think the easiest solution would be to ask the auditor what the desired format is.

Please let me know the state which you are enquiring about, few state legislations have the wage slips format but many don't and there is no right or wrong format. If it is specific to some components missing or wrong nomenclature, then as said by Saswata ji, ask the auditor for the desired format.

I am into same business and understand your problem. Auditor will never let you know what exactly he want and always give negative comments. Please write in black and white to the organization under whom you are working and ask the format so that in future auditor will not be able to give negative comment. Also provide your format with the letter.

you can refer applicable laws on your jurisdiction. here is which you can refer wages slip Form No 19 for contractual employee, and for Company roll employee.

Dear Member,
If you are covered under CLRA Act then you are to issue wage slips to the workers under the applicable Contract Labour ( R&A) Rules. Take the format from the applicable Rules & issue to your workers accordingly. If you are not covered under this Act then take the format of wage slips under applicable Minimum Wages Rules.
