The process of recruitment is very generic they do not differ from industry to another, which goes as follows:
Analyze the manpower gap
Arrange For Manpower Plan
Budget for Manpower Plan
Identify and create Job description of the Job to include Skills, Knowledge, competencies and education
Give the position a slot in the salary scale & grade
Set Annual Objectives for the position
Advertise for the position
Short List the suitable candidates
Interview candidates
Select Candidate
Appoint chosen candidate
