If any employee during her pregnancy initial stage is required permission for late coming / early going 1 hr to 2hr is there any rule or policy reg. the same. Kindly advise me.

It is purely management prerogative and if the management is ready to allow it, she can avail it otherwise, she has no option but to remain in the office for 8 hours. certainly, she can ask for non hazardous work during pregnancy.

Hi, If your nature of work permits you can request for Work from Home option. Otherwise is purely at the discretion of the employer. You can make a request to consider on humanitarian basis.

As suggested above, give her a Work From Home option for a few days.
Rather looking for the Policies, such cases has to be handled by HR and Management on case to case basis considering concerned employee's health, working period in the organisation etc.
Make sure to maintain take her request in writing with subsequent approvals in writing.
