Hi Good Morning All,
Recetly we started implimenting a new policy where if the employee comes late 3 times in a month should be issued Late Memo and also intimating him that from next late onwards his halfday leave will be deducted for each late. This memo should be given to each employee by keeping a cc to the Concerned Dept head.
Can you please provide me sample Late Memo format.

i agree with kumar, draft it and send it across. make a beginning!!! you will gain confidence.
don't worry abt the grammar. content is enough. we can whet it and send it back.
most important see to it that it reaches all your employees and it addresses genuine concerns.
simple maxim is "start early, drive steadily and reach safely!!!"

Dear All,
Let us advice the poster rather than giving a harsh reply.. Again the poster has to have the habit of checking or searching the community before the post. As there are loads of sample warning letters in here. Then you have to try to draft it and shall check with. If not this becomes an habit and you wouldn't be able to do things on the track....

Could anyone help me in telling the proper leaves rules.
For example if any employee joined organisation in the month of say July, then from when or from which months leaves will be credited to his/her account.
