Hi Team, I need clarity on the below question, Kindly help me.

"If we work on Sunday ( Monday to Sunday ) and we are paying premium rate wages for full 8 hours of Sunday"

In the above scenario "8" hours what we paid OT can be considered as daily OT working hour legal limitation violation?

I am waiting for the team's response.

Your question is unclear.
Can you give more details and the amounts paid.

Are you saying you are paying the monthly salary plus extra for 8 hours on Sunday at the same rate per hour?

also, you need to provide compensatory off in addition to overtime. What is the status on that?

One who works for 6 days in a week the 7th day is a Weekly Off day for him and Sunday is considered as a weekly holiday one who works from Monday to Saturday.

Therefor, "If one works on Sunday would consider as working on off day either to be paid @ double the rate of (Basic+DA) or @ single wages with compensatory off day.
